"Death must be so beautiful. To lie in the soft brown earth, with the grasses waving above one’s head, and listen to silence. To have no yesterday, and no tomorrow. To forget time, to forgive life, to be at peace."

- Oscar Wilde (via lunaoki)

1. what is more difficult for you, looking into someones eyes when you are telling someone how you feel, or looking into someones eyes when they are telling you how they feel?

Well I guess if had to choose, it’d be the first one. I don’t know, it’s just kind of awkward staring into someones eyes and speaking your mind, but that’s just me.

2. think of the last time you were really angry. why were you angry? do you still feel the same way?

I actually can’t think of anything. I don’t really get all that angry. Surprisingly.

3. you are on a flight from honolulu to chicago non-stop. there is a fire in the back of the plane. you have enough time to make one phone call. who do you call? what do you tell them?

I’d probably call my parents to tell them I love them, and that it’s okay cause it doesn’t hurt anymore. And I’d tell them to tell Chloe and Ari and they’re my best friends and that I’ll always love them, and I’ll always be with them.

4. you are at the doctor’s office and he has just informed you that you have approximately one month to live. do you tell anyone/everyone you are going to die? what do you do with your remaining days? would you be afraid?

I’d probably keep it a secret, with the exception of my best friends and family. I mean, I don’t want people to feel bad for me because they know I’m going to be dead in a month, you know? I’d rather enjoy life to the fullest with them while I can. I’d probably buy a plane ticket to any place(s) that I wanted to go, see what I want to see, and eat what I want to eat. I’d kinda be afraid, but it’s kinda inevitable, so I’d eventually just accept it.

5. you can have one of the following two things. which do you choose? why? love and trust.

“this is kind of a dumb question, because its very true when people say you must have trust to love.” - Alana

6. you are walking down the street on your way to work. there is a dog drowning in the canal on the side of the street. your boss has told you if you are late even once more, you are fired. do you take the time to save the dogs life? why or why not?

Save the dog, definitely. No amount of money you make from your job can ever void the fact that you potentially left a helpless life to die.

7. would you rather be hurt by the one you trust the most or the one you love the most?

“whats with these dumb questions about love and trust? the person i love the most is the person i trust the most.” - Alana

8. your best friend confesses that he/she has feelings for you more than just friendship. he/she is falling in love with you. what do you (or did you) do/say?

I have multiple best friends.. this is kind of weird

9. think of the last person who you know that died. you have the chance to give them 1 hour of life back, but you have to give up one year of yours. do you do it? why or why not?

Han. Definitely. Time is precious. If he could have stayed for an hour longer, I’m incredibly confident that he wouldn’t have had to die.

10. are you the kind of friend that you would want to have as a friend?

I mean, I’d say so. I try my best to be there for anyone and everyone who needs me, I try to be selfless and love people even if they don’t love me. So yeah, who wouldn’t want that?

11. does love = sex?

Not always. I mean, it can lead to sex, but it doesn’t necessarily mean that it is sex. You can show your love for a person in plenty of ways. Sex doesn’t always have to be an option. But if you’re willing to go that far, then more power to you.

12.your boss tells your coworker that they have to let them go because of work shortage, and they are the newest employee. you have been there much longer. your coworker has a family to support and no other means of income. do you go to your boss and offer to leave the company? why or why not?

Well, it really depends on the coworker and how good my relationship was with them, and how financially well off I was. If I was doing okay and could hold myself over until I found a new job, then yes. If not, I’d feel bad, but I’d stay. I have to feed myself too.

13.when was the last time you told someone honestly how you felt regardless of how difficult it was for you to say? who was it? what did you have to tell the person?

This was way too damn long ago, so I really don’t remember. I’ve learned after getting screwed over that speaking what’s on your heart and mind is just gonna cause a problem, so you might as well just hold it in until you really trust the person.

14. what would be (or what was) harder for you to tell a member of the opposite sex, you love them or that you do not love them back?

That I don’t love them back. Definitely.

15. what do you think would be the hardest thing for you to give up? why would it be hard to lose?

Probably my dog. I’ve loved Hobbes from the moment I got him, and as gay as this sounds, he’s been there when other people haven’t. He doesn’t judge you or look down upon you, he thinks you’re the greatest thing on earth. Nothing will ever replace the affection of an animal for a human.

16. excluding romantic love, when was the last time you told someone you loved them. who were they to you?

Probably Chloe and Ari. And I have no idea how long ago this was, but it was probably them.

17. if there was one moment and one time in the last month what would you change and why?

Nothing really, I mean things have been pretty well.

18.imagine it is a dark night, you are alone, it is raining outside, you hear someone walking around outside your window. who do you wish was there with you?

Probably my grandpa. I never knew him well, but I knew he loved me deeply, for I was his only grandson. I really wish I could have gotten to know him better before he died.

19. would you give a homeless person cpr if they were dying? why or why not?

I mean, if I knew how to give CPR, then I definitely would

21.you are holding onto your grandmother’s hand and the hand of a newborn that you do not know as they hang over the edge of a cliff. you have to let one go to save the other. who do you let fall to their death? what was your rationale for making the decision?

Christ this is hard.. I honestly don’t know.

22. are you old fashioned?

Depends on the thing you’re referring to, but I do believe in Chivalry. Kind of.  If that counts.

23. when was the last time you were nice to someone and did not expect anything in return for it?

Like, Saturday?

24.which would you choose, true love with a guarantee of a broken heart, or never loved at all? why?

Love with a broken heart. If you never try, you’ll never know.

25.if you could do anything or wish anything, what would it be?

I really don’t know.
